There is family values that come with the martial art lesson. Theres also a great sense of desire, to teach the little ones self achievement. They are also shown how to defend themselves and fight off a enemy.

Very welcoming and approachable staff and team. Classes are well thought out and techniques are explained expertly. This facility has catapulted the Genesee Mall to possibly the best mall in all of Auburn. You can learn BJJ, drink the best beer in the world, and take chicks out for ice cream all in one convenient location
