I really love the OTF in Park Slope. The staff and trainers are excellent and its such a great community. Growing up, I was always into team sports, but never working out solo. OTF is the first workout Ive stuck with as an adult. I couldnt recommend it more

Bryan is the best instructor only reason I signed up tbh. This place is only trying to get a money out of you and doesnt really care. I was told upon my first day an instructor would call me to go over what my body goal is and that never More

This place is making the effort but misses the mark in terms of transparency with charges. Decent enough workout but general low key rip off approach to members from other OT studios utilising equipment as well as not explaining to NYC More

Orange Theory Fitness is the best. The coaches are fun and helpful, leading the group in a great workout that is always different and challenging for people at any level. I love going there.

The staff was nice and friendly and the space was clean if a little tight. Most of the trainers were great, however one perhaps inexperienced trainer instructed the class to do kettlebell swings I was encouraged to use a heavier weight than I intended and my back is now permanently injured.

I love that the workouts are easily modifiable to suit all levels of fitness so you can gradually work yourself up as you meet your goals. Workouts are easy to follow and trainers are attentive. Every time you go, you get something new which helps keep it interesting and challenging.

Attended a free trial session here. The reception staff were very welcoming and organized, as was the membership associate and the instructor. Relatively small space for the number of participants that were there bit too tight for me. More
