The staff is friendly and supportive and constantly trying to improve. Also the gym has quality equipment, and has updates fairly often which keeps it fun and also challenges your work out.

People can go to a variety of gyms to work out. The best part of going to retro in ronkonkoma is the way your treated by the staff and the owners.
