I joined Innovative Kickboxing in Commack and if you ask me how much I like it , I would say I love it I joined to loose weight and get tone. In only classes I lost lbs and feel more energized. Kickboxing Classes and staff are amazing. The coaches are great , always there to help.

Great place for a workout. Friendly staff and good routine. Not crazy about the cancellation policy, they will charge for over a month after submitting a request to cancel, not cool.
