No customer service experience. I recommend having some extensive training programs provided to the employees at the front desk

Small but has everything I need, and also clean.

My wife Kim participated in the day turkey drop and lost fifteen pounds. She said she learned a lot from the program.

I love the way Im treated here Every one is very friendly and the cleanliness is amazing, always see people cleaning and dusting to ensure the happiness of the members. Im always treated when I walk in and exit

Had a good time with this gym during the Thanksgiving weight loss challenge, I ended up signing up as a regular. Never too busy, and the other guests staff are cool

I like this gym so far, they are friendly and have nice equipment. My only complaint is the room temperature feels a little warm for working out, and they dont have a drinking fountain.

My wife has been trying to cancel her membership here for over a month. She went to the location and was told they didnt do cancellations in person, and that she would need to callemail a certain number and address. She did both that day. More

Tried to get ahold of staff. No staff is in the building at randomly throughout the week dispite post hours. Automated phone answering service not working and Voice mailbox is full. Gym itself has a great selection of free weights and machine weights, but getting customer service is very difficult.

My gym for the past years and very handy for me whether after work or coming from home. Latest staff in Elmira is friendly and professional. Gym is always clean and well set up so no stumbling over others or equipment.
