Hopefully you dont ever need to cancel your membership. This place will force you to send multiple certified letters, claim they never got them, then try to send you into collections.

If you dont submit a written letter that you are canceling your membership to some absurd outofstate address, they will send your bill to collections. As if people didnt have enough to deal with during COVID. In my experience, most gyms just let you cancel in personover the phoneonline.

This gym is a scam, my mom cancelled the memebership in august Im still getting called about owing money. Why She literally sent letters out to whichever address they said. And still we were getting billed. Leo is a liar and thats really it. Horrible gym
