My year old daughter takes classes there and loves it She says she loves the family atmosphere. Katie is an excellent teacher. I have noticed a huge change in my daughters confidence as she grows stronger.

Great place for a drop in if you are an outoftowner and vacationing in the Lake George area. Def a star box. Neat, clean, lots of space, fresh Adirondack air. Friendly, welcoming members, and Israel is a great ownercoach. VETERAN OWNED AND OPERATED
