Pullman Performance is a place for people to grow both physically and mentally. We are a group of hardworking, likeminded individuals. Wrestlers and Athletes train after school in the Strength and Conditioning classes to perform better in their sport and stay healthy for competition. Parents and Adults train in the mornings in the Small Group Personal Training classes to get back in shape and lose body fat.

Eric puts together a great program to help you reach your goals. When I started with Eric I had weak core strength, terrible functional mobility and battled a sore lower back. Training with Eric has reversed all of those and Im stronger than ever.

No matter what I tried couldnt seem to pack on the pounds. I got into a regular and regimented workout routine with exercises focused on strength and practicality which readjusted my goals and ideas of success. I was able to increase weight on all my major lifts and felt healthier and stronger. He also has great merch.

I felt like I had to fix my range of motion and squat depth. I was able to improve on those a ton which translated onto the wrestling mat. Small details went a long way, I now bring my younger brother with Eric and he has been showing improvements everyday.

I had some serious hip pain and it started to go away and I became way more mobile making me more flexible and better at wrestling.
