I have been parked nearby the entrance to this place while wife goes into a store. Checking the phone app that says I have not been there doesnt work. I noticed lots of women going into the place so I would say it is popular..

I love coming to workout here. Friendly atomnosphere, friendly staff, and all in all you just feel comfortable. Always clean and the staff is ready to help whenever questions arise. Overall great gym to come and get in shape.

We are driving across the country and because we have an Anytime membership we have been stopping at the gym to shower and sleeping in our super sweet van. Arrived here last night after a hour day and was disappointed to find this gym doesnt have a shower. Seemed like a nice place, but a gym needs a shower.

The owner makes it impossible to cancel your membership. If you physically dont go in you cannot cancel a membership. I asked the form to be emailed due to work schedules and she would not.

Ripped me off for key deposit for guest pass. No shower, cramped gym. Overpriced, avoid this place there are better gyms in the area such as fitness bunker or the ymca, hell even planet fitness.
