My daughter in truly enjoying working with Harrison. Its not just lifting, its sports specific training. The new facility is a great space that has plenty of room for team training. Im convinced it will help her become a better athlete. Thanks Harrison. Keep up the great work.

My experience at Athlete Protocol has been tremendous. I have had difficulty motivating myself to exercise and look and feel the best that i can. With Harrys help, working out became fun again I recommend this business to anyone who needs that little push and to actually enjoy exercise.

Such a cool space with indoor turf The gyms is super clean with awesome equipment . Harrison is great, actually everyone is super friendly. If you want to seriously get sweaty with the best take Stephs class. You sign up and book class on the MINDBODY app super easy

Harrison has taken our hockey organization to the next level with his office training. At Athlete Protocol each of our players receive a player specific workout plan that focuses on their induvial needs. I would highly recommend any athlete looking for training to attend Athlete Protocol.

Ive tried many gyms in Long beach. Some are better than others but I was looking for a place that offered more than weights. Athlete Protocol is that place. They have all the equipment you expect to be in gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and helped me start achieving my goals.
