Very reasonable price. Well maintained machines and weights. Friendly staff. They have shower room and water fountains which is the one in St.catharins doesnt have. Only one thing I dont like is they dont have inbody scale.

This place was incredibly welcoming We are from out of province and throughly enjoyed the multitude of gym machines. The staff was amazing. Seemed like they have a good local community in there. Showers were top notch, gym was clean, weights were plentiful
