It has a wide variety of machines to work with. showers and locker room the staff is very friendly and good pricing if your not comfortable working out around alot of people its pretty spaced out I personally love that part

For the most part the staff are really nice people, on the other hand there is one staff member who has used the bathroom multiple time and blatantly doesnt wash their hands. Who knows what he is touching afterwards, Its gross.
