Great place to make gains. Variety of new equipment from serious weight training to cardio. I recommend coming here....best place in oswego to work out.

By far the best gym in Oswego county. Brand new hammer strength equipment, a wide variety of cardio machines, dumbbells up to lbs, fitness classes, and the list goes on. They even have cheap drop in rates for travelers, students, or friends and guests of members.

My fave place in Oswego. I can lift heavy..unlike at other gyms with no free weights. Its open , huge plus. Great people. Love the atmosphere and the staff
