Great central location and the place is pristine clean. The classes are good and I preferred the most recent newer classes that were mostly on the bike but did stretches at the end. I would give four out of five stars.

Fun classes, hard work, great instructors I dont ever see class as having to work out but genuinely look forward to and enjoy going. SCS knows how to make you feel like one of the family.

I love that I was comfortable being there. I didnt feel pressured to keep up with everyone else around me. I was able to push myself when I was ready but slow down if I needed. I like how clean everything is and how friendly everyone seems to be. I have already recommended numerous friends join me in my next class.

Theres truly no place in Saratoga like SCS Everyone is beyond friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk into the studio, you feel as if youve been coming there for years and youre working out with family Its an amazing thing to do great things for yourself and hang out with great people at the same time.
