The new manager fired my friend, a respected personal trainer and fitness advocate, for not wearing his mask correctly when he has MEDICAL ISSUES preventing him from doing so. I cant believe the video I just saw. New manager is unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples needs. Needs to go, NOW BRING BACK MIKE

Came in to cancel membership and there was nobody at the desk and someone told me that that nobody had been there for a hour And that this has happned before .I left and came back minutes later still no one but the police was More

Cant believe they fired the trainer there. He was incredible to work with and what they did to him was unfair. Please bring him back. This is disgusting. He was the hardest worker in that establishment and was passionate about his job . I will be cancelling in a week if he is not rehired

This is a very nice Planet Fitness. I give the general manager Serge stars because he does a great job and he is such a nice person. Sheila is a great employee. They have very nice weightlifting machines at this PF location. My only complaint about this gym is that it is almost always quite crowded even at midnight.

No hot water coming for shower. Since moved to new location, I have to tell front to make sure. And ask to turn on hot water system. This is ridiculous. After perspiring, need to wash off. More

Been out of the gym for over year due to the pandemic. Ive looked at multiple gyms to join ever since it calmed down and either too expensive or not worth the money till this place. Hopefully the quality remains please dont let it go down

The new location sucks Its way smaller, and fewer weight machines I mean come on with Covid you honestly rented a smaller place Was a member for over years Looking into a new gym I hate it

Been going to this gym for years. Used to be amazing and worth five stars, but its dramatically deteriorated as time has gone on. Staff is friendly however, SEVERAL treadmills dont work and theyre way too close together. Also the sanitation of the place has gone really downhill since I started coming.

Just cancelled my membership after years of using this gym. The summer pass for high school students is keeping every machine occupied. I just saw like kids making a line almost in every machine. I feel sad. Im sure many will follow. More
