Its a good and friendly place. The staff give amazing service and always treat you well. The only problem with the place is the lack of certain machines such as for training legs and Abdominals. Other than that, very good stuff

I pay for the black card because I enjoy the hydro massage after a rigorous work out every time I go to the North Utica PF, the hydro massage beds are not in service I expect to get what I pay for and whats included in the More
