This could be your one stop shop gym This gym has it all, state of the art aerobics equipment, Fitness machines free weights, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, pool It can get very crowded at time but Im always able to get my workout done. Free parking is a plus It does cost more because it is a super gym, I think its worth it

Dont waste your time or money here. Most of the equipment is out of order the pool is gross and locker rooms are horrendous. There is standing water all over the over rooms the showers are growing mold. This place has really gone down hill

The staff here are amazing. I frequently visit with my friend. They asked for my name to greet me by name during my visits. Gym is clean, sanitized with up to date equipments. I feel comfortable happy in this environment. I was offered a one hour free trainer here. Try Hour Fitness you will be glad you did, its awesome
