They have done an amazing job with this gym. More weight equipment than I would have imagined and all very high quality stuff. Very helpful and pleasant staff as well. I highly recommend.

Signed up months ago and couldnt be happier I was a member of LA Fitness and it was a miserable experience. They had all the equipment, but cleanliness was a huge issue. This place is spotless. There is always an attendant at sight, More

Ive been to many gyms on Long Island and this is by far the best gym Ive ever trained at. The gym is extremely clean, the workers are super friendly , the trainers are top notch and always give you advice if you need help. Im so happy this gym opened up in Hewlett. They also have a location in Long Beach as well

I signed up in March and am so glad I did The place is wellkept and Im very impressed with the amount of equipment that they have. Way better than other gyms Ive been to. The staff is also friendly and theres no shortage of paper towels and spray bottles. I would highly recommend this place
