The coaches at Max Impact are super helpful and encouraging. They take the time to make sure all exercises are done correctly and that youre getting the most out of them, no matter what your skill level. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to push themselves, get out there and get going

Truly feels like a on personal training experience. Paul tailors the workout to each individual. It is such a great community of strong, motivated people. After only two weeks I felt stronger and more determined to keep returning to the gym. Highly recommend

Paul has such a great program and facility. I love coming here because it gives me that extra motivation that I dont have in me if I were to go to an ordinary open gym. Paul always breaks up the routines and keeps me working hard. I always come out of the gym feeling good. Highly recommended for anyone that needs that extra push
