This place is over crowded. I have tried to cancel my membership x. Today the guy told me as soon as his manager was back the account would be canceled. Call to follow up my account is still active. Even said Id pay the early termination fee. Get some competitent employees. Ill be back up there tomorrow trying to cancel again
