I had the awesome opportunity to visit this facility as an observer and as a participant. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and customerfocused. This is clearly a place where everyone athletes and nonathletes, children and adults are welcomed, valued, and supported with the utmost enthusiasm.

This is an amazing facility from the equipment to the excellent trainers They work hard to build each kids self confidence while building their performance skills to become better athletes I recommend this facility to any one that is looking to level up on their skills or overall performance

My daughter absolutely loves all the coaches, the training is top notch. I can already see improvements and they push her to do better and she always looks forward to coming Great classes to work multiple sports, not just focused on one sport. Schedule is nice when she has sports and comes to the later classes.

My grand daughter took her first class Tuesday night. She said it was awesome she loved it. Then followed by saying.... Coach Ken really cares about making us better. The energy positive coaching is great. Hard to find a great coach like Ken the entire staff is wonderful.
