Ive been doing XCEL with Kevin and Nikki for months, I lost lbs, I look good and I feel good, my daughter years old and my son years old are also stretching with me and they love it.It is worth to give it a shot.

I did jump stretch here back when Kevin first started and it was great Hes very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. Kevin also has everything planned out for wash individual no matter your age and also has great equipment. More
