Walked all over downtown looking for the facility. First they changed locations and did not update this on all location services. Then, I get to the location of the gym and it is shut down. It is unbelievable that snap fitness would not More

This location refused to accept my Cigna ActiveFit Direct card even though the Cigna website clearly lists the location. Didnt even offer a guest pass or anything for my troubles. I understand if the website is wrong but the manager was no help, told me to tell Cigna he was going to sue them , and slammed the door in my face.

I love this gym, the staff are wonderful and their are always Personal Trainers around from Nutrition Dynamic willing to offer advice and answer any fitness and nutrition related question. They also have a wonderful selection of healthy snacks and drink. This Snap has definitely won me over.

This has always been my favorite gym downtown. Snap is always clean and well maintained. Very nice equipment. Way better than any other gym in the downtown area Only a block north of Fountain Square.
