Been a member for months now and been very happy. This is your basic place to work out. No spa or showers. Just good equipment that seems to well maintained and in great condition. changing rooms. A kiddie room. and courteous staff and trainers. Plus open long hours.

The gym is extra clean, the staff is very motivational and the personal trainers are great at what they do. Im happy to be apart of such a great facility. The location is good I never had a problem . Some gyms i have been to in the past were very intimidating but fitness has been so welcoming. I wouldnt workout anywhere else
