Delaware Fit Factory is the premiere CrossFit, weightlifting, and strength and conditioning facility in Delaware, Ohio. Located in beautiful Downtown Delaware just south of OWU campus, our members enjoy unrivaled fitness classes and programs, membersonly open gym sessions, membersonly events outside the gym such as volleyball, cookouts, private pool parties.
