Our facility is a semiprivate gym, and so much more We offer small group and individual personal training, group fitness classes, massage, Pilates, lifestyle and nutrition coaching all in a clean, nonintimidating environment. Whether your goal is losing weight, improving health, or gaining strength and mobility, our facility has the equipment and staff to help you succeed. Our staff includes knowledgeable and experienced Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Pilates and Yoga instructors. We work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I love Good Bodies. Great trainers, clean environment,and everything you need from general fitness to extensive rehab services. I also like the fact that they have personal changing rooms with everything you need. So no dragging towels, shampoo, etc. to the gym.
