My favorite Pilates studio. Ive taken several classes here. The instructors are very professional and the pace and intensity are perfect for any level.Studio is very well equipped and beautifully decorated.Very welcoming and relaxing experience in the heart of Elyria.

Great pilates class with Christina and welcoming atmosphere. She is very good at making everyone feel like they can do it and is an overall great instructor. Good vibes and great place if your looking for a group fitness classes. Ill be a regular.

There is a nice vibe in her studio. Pilates has made a huge difference in my life. I can tell that my core is much stronger than it used to be.
