I was visiting the area on business and needed a class to occupy some time. I found Kai through Google and they had enough information on their site to get me interested and I was even able to register and pay for the class online. Bonus More

Hands down the best studio Ive ever been to. Knowledgeable teachers in a beautiful studio with a relaxed atmosphere. The tribe like community truly welcomes you like family. These people have been so supportive in my transformation and truly hold a sacred space for that to occur. Yoga and this studio have changed my life.

I had the most wonderful first time experience with Kai Yoga studio today in their Yoga Nidra class. Mandy was wonderful and Alicia with the sound bath was amazing. I will definitely be back for more classes especially this one. Absolutely try this studio and one of their classes.
