Did a drop in at Legacy when I was in town for work. They are fantastic. Everyone was very welcoming and I settled right in. The instructor was great and the students were skilled and very technical. I will definitely visit again next time Im in Hamilton.

This is an awesome gym They have multiple black belts at almost every class giving out the little ninja tricks that improve your skills, not just basic techniques. Everyone is friendly and respectful. My kids also love it and make good progress. Whether youre a beginner or ranked, this is the place to be

This place is really nice, toured a couple of places and this was the best by far I cant wait to go back to learn more. Made me feel very welcome and they were helpful compared to other places that made me feel unwelcomed and unimportant. More

Legacy does very well working with children who are just starting out in the short. My son was brand new to BJJ and they worked with him every step of the way, working him in with the other students. The instruction was communicated clearly for the age group where all were able to understand. Great group of instructors.
