Great to get in shape. Sparring is safe with big gloves and headgear. There may be some ringers though, bring a mouth piece in case.

The best fighting gym in the area. Ive been to numerous gyms and this is the one where Ive made the most improvements. Joe is no joke. The only thing that keeps me from going is that I work second shift now.
