At first I was intimidated . I was doing a lot of floor exercises and not getting out of the gym what I wanted. I talked to a trainer there by the name of Meredith and she came up with a new workout plan. I love what I am doing now and seeing the inches come off. I have to say I am finally enjoying the gym and look forward to going.

This have everything I needed to get a solid workout. This place is more geared toward machines and cardio. If you big into free weights this may not be the place for you, especially during busy times. It got the job done for me though.

This unique gym has you covered. Whether you want to go in a gym or work out from home they have you covered. Alexa is ready to be your personal trainer. Youll love the location as well.

I love being a member here .Its clean. They have awesome equipment. The staff is great .Always willing to help and very friendly .The managers really make u feel welcome too. Highly recommend.
