The hidden gem of all gyms in Mentor ...it has everything you need to reach any health and fitness goal you are trying to reach . Bumper plates, industrial squat racks, Ohio bars, kettle bells, turf, tires, TRX bands, s of resistance bands, push slides. cable machines and so much more

Small quaint quiet place to lift. Free weights and functional space available. Limited machines. Great place for athletes and soccer moms alike. Group classes are fun break to normal gym grind.

Love this gym Everyone there is looking to have life changing results. They get you set up with full meal plans, personal onetoone training and teach you how to get to your goals. Best gym in the area

Amazingly supportive yet sarcastic and jovial atmosphere. All the trainers know how to push you to do your best while making sure you do so without injury. Alex and Tim have done a great job cultivating a fantastic staff for this training facility. Everyone involved should be proud of the work they do.
