Everyone is very friendly and helpful This facility has A lot of equipment and is very clean. The staff is constantly sweeping, mopping and wiping down the machines. Great place to workout

Awesome workout gym friendly staff large facilities clean locker rooms showers really get place for truckers get fit healthy when in state was parking for few trucks by the sheetz and WalMart directly across the street

I go here sometimes just to watch the young men work out. Things dont work like they used to and Im Im veteran so they dont even notice me watching everyone. They dont know my secret. When I dont have time to go in I can just sit outside and watch them with my friend Melissa while we have fish sandwiches. Lunch and a show

It is clean and neat, the employees are nice and professional.The price is right.Wish they had more machines that were handicapped accessible. Yes I do realize that this could be a matter of perspective depending on disabilities

Really nice gym, easy walk from Hampton which is an added bonus. The black card that allows me to use any of their locations is one of the best decisions I have made. My workouts are more consistent now when I travel.

This gym has gone down hill in the last few months. Most visits there are no cleaning supplies available to members, no toilet paper in restroom, bathrooms have been disgusting. After years of never having issues, it makes me question canceling my membership.
