The manager Dan and one of his employees tried to fight a man in the gym because they werent happy about the man and his wife leaving a review about the place being filthy Very unprofessional and will definitely be sticking to rocky river

While I was working out, I heard the manager Dan and one of the employees attacking and being disgusting with this couple that have been always quiet. He was disturbing everyone who was working out and was being absolutely disgusting with this couple over a bad review.

The manager Dan and the employee Jordan were absolutely aggressive and rude towards this couple I heard and saw everything. All over a bad review from a year ago, the manager Dan started to post up and tried to attack the young couple. Absolutely disgusting and disturbing. Will never return.

Decent gym, decent staff, decent facilities, but I cant be the only one who thinks these policies of having to come in or write a letter to cancel a membership is pretty goofy lol. Weirdo business

Gym is usually clean. Complaints I have are too many high school kids getting in for free and taking all the machines. Also if you open like planet fitness should be ill change my review. Black card member.

I lost my phone and staff members looked all over and found my phone, my lifeline It was my first time there, spacious facility and not too crowded for p. Will definitely return
