Powerhouse Gym

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will work with you no matter your level of experience. Enough free weights, strength training and cardio machines to get what you need done. Theres room for some improvements, but I cant complain with the gym right now.

Matt is the best trainer ever I tell my friends..If Im not hating him by the end of my workout, he wasnt effective. I think I start telling Matt that I hate him minutes into our workout. He definitely keeps me motivated and in track. This is going to be my best year ever

Been going here for a few months now. Love it. a month, access, no contract, no fees, no bs. Small gym but has what you need. Classes are extra but optional.

Good basic gym. There were plenty of machines available. It is cramped for space, but liveable. Treadmills could use some attention. Saw some new machines so they are upgrading Staff very pleasant. This is your small neighborhood gym.

I love my gym. The staff are so friendly and my core strengthening class has helped me get more fit. I use their treadmills almost every day. They also take Silver Sneakers.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. They have many convenient time slots for classes which make it very easy to schedule a class that works for you. Its never been overly crowded. Im not a gym person and Ive been very comfortable and look forward to my workout here

This gym is so great, for everybody Having access is perfect for my full time work full time school schedule. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have been training with Andy and HIGHLY recommend him, he is fantastic. Then again, the whole gym is fantastic.
