Very nice staff All the equipment you could think of Very spacious Showers, kids play and workout area while you workout, CrossFit, powerlifting area, etc.

If you need a place to get a REAL workout in, look no further. All the space you could need and plenty of weights. Crossfit, strongman, powerlifters you name it all are welcome. All kinds of equipment and specialty toys for all types of training. Did I mention it is hrs and chalk is provided

I decided to start CrossFit in my s. It is the best thing I have done for myself in quite awhile. The staff and members are very supportive of one another. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get in shape physically and mentally.

Impressive gym. It was my first time at the BLT East location and I was impressed by the large and open space, high quality equipment, and different types of people working out there. Its a great gym and worth giving a try.

Ive been to a few other gyms with great experiences, but I didnt really know what I was missing until I started here. From day one, Ive had a very personal experience with the owner and trainers here to help lead me in some very intense workouts.

Its a nice cross fit, powerlifting gym. However can you please please turn down the music. I mean its literally blasting so loud you cant even hear the music on the headphones and really its not the most motivational music.
