Charles can work with anyone, he is very motivating and encouraging. He is able to custom tailor programs for all fitness levels.

The owners are incredibly down to earth and good people. The gym itself is high quality, and rarely do you have to wait for a bench or a bar. Everyone there is supportive, not a single judgmental soul. Since its a hour gym, its incredibly convenient.
