Very happy with this gym. There is plenty of equipment, its clean, the price is right and the employees are very nice. This is a place for everyone, no matter your shape, size or fitness level.

As a member we when you walk into a place to work out you want positive vibes and hospitality, this location the young generation they have working up front which trust me its good to have people who still want to work but the attitude of intitlement very disappointed

This planet fitness is clean and well organized as far as machines go. Ive been coming here for some time now and enjoy the fact that the weights are a little higher than other planet fitnesses and the staff is super friendly when you enter and try to get to know their members

The staff at the Springfield location on Bechtle Avenue is horrible If I could give them no stars I would. Not friendly, talk way too much to each other rather than being helpful at the desk, and just in general not respectful to customers at all. I will say the dark haired manager is getting a bit better, however.
