Lots of new renovations and under newer ownership. Full line of equipment and trainers for novice to experienced lifters. Also by far the lowest price all inclusive memberships in the area.

Fantastic gym Has a great combination of all different facets of equipment to meet the need of any individual. Cant beat the price of membership either, throw on top of that unlimited Fitness classes and tanning and you have the best bargain in the Strongsville area hands down
