Inattentive staff and rude personal trainers Debbie Messner who get in your way if you arent working with them. They do not care about your well being just want your . Interesting how the owner Tony Capuano bumps his ratings by giving two star reviews.

The owner reached out and cleared up an issue in a very timely manner after they saw that I was upset. Not many places will do that, so I really appreciated that.

Really good gym. It is a small gym, but it has just about everything you would need to workout with, and it is never really that busy so it never feels too crowded. Only criticism I can think of is some of the equipment needs replaced or repaired but other than that it has good equipment to work with.
