I workout very early in the morning and late morning on weekends, so the hours here are perfect for me. Ive had no issues at this gym. They have a lot of nice equipment and some good classes. My only wish is that there was just one, real pullup bar.

Great staff and facility. Upkeep and maintenance is a priority at Global. I was amazed at the condition of the gym after the Covid reopening. It is spotless. They also added new, topoftheline tanning beds. I love this place.

You either click w a gym, or you dont. I go clear back to Eastwood Fitness. Been here and there a few times. I love my gym, which is Global. I feel at home here. More

Large room with stationary bicycles, stair steppers, treadmills, and various cardio machines. Weight room, and showers. Maintenance is fairly good. All the machines work. A few have cracked vinyl. Never crowded. Seldom a wait for a machine.
