I absolutely love this place They have a great variety of classes, and the instruction is very well done. Even when you might not know what youre doing, you never feel like youre being judged. A very positive environment. They have lots of types of classes, including classes for children pictured is aerial yoga for kids

Love this studio I live out of state but travel back often to visit family in the area. When I am in town, I make sure to find time for at least one visit to a class at Flex. Wish I lived closer to make it to more classes
