Still going to the gym as of now, theres seperate rooms one for free weight for machines and for cardio. Very nice some meat heads but everyone is awesome.

Total Fitness is a great place to work out hour access, lots of machines to choose from and personal help if needed. Most of all, I feel comfortable working out in the facilityTHANK YOU TOTAL FITNESS

Great gym, fantastic owners, hour access is very convenient. Great gym for beginners to advanced. All the equipment and machines you need to reach any goal youve set for yourself.

I love that its hours I work second and my mornings are pretty busy so being able to work out after work is awesome. They have all the necessary equipment to get the job done in all this is the best gym Ive been to in years Id recommend it to anyone whos looking for a nice work out at anytime

I enjoy working out on the low impact machine for a recovering injury. Small, but well equipped and never over crowded. The key card allows me private accessibility and I love that it is locally owned
