Best gym in Lawton. Only thing you arent doing are deadlifts or squats not on a smith machine or bigger dumbbells than . Only downside is they could use more chest machines.

The gym I expected to be bigger but regardless, its nice to have a friendly gym right around the corner from my apartment. Not to mention Im also able to get a workout in after work with my daughter. Staff is really friendly and I appreciate them making her first experience a positive one.
