I love this place, I get a lot of private time it is hours very convenient very clean the owners are awesome and its fully equipped. Has a steam room and showers and a locker room

It wasnt the cleanest gym Ive been too. Was confused about the cleaning policy. Overall will not probably be going back.

Has a great atmosphere for serious lifters. Different areas for different workouts. If I was to change anything. I would say they could upgrade their bare and weights. But still a great place to train.

Owners are awesome and nice Jennifer is such a nice trainer. They make getting healthy and staying in shape affordable A lot of variety of equipment. They also have saunas and tanning beds
