Spoke with Lane over the phone. Terrible customer service and even worse cancellation method. Called to get some things cleared up with my account and was met with a bad attitude the entire process. Pretty on par for Stillwater.

PF of Stillwater is clean and all the equipment is in top top shape I love the amenities that is included when you purchase the BLACK CARD plan.
