Ive been doing crossfit for years and had to switch gyms when moving in and out of states. House of pain is one of the best. Great coaches and great programming. Couldnt ask for a better atmosphere. Everyone is encouraging and the trainers help guide you in becoming the athlete you want to be. Couldnt ask for a better gym.
