Great gym, mostly because its never too crowded. Reasonable prices. They have all the typical gym equipment, not old either, and no dumb no grunting signs like PF. Also, free coffee

Really nice work out equipment and great classes. Very nice new yoga studio. I teach the AM Thursday morning class and love bringing people to yoga Very knowledgeable staff that will help with any fitness questions or support.

Great place to work out. Weve made good use of the place being open hours. I havent done any classes but appreciate that they are included. Good cancelation policy too, no yearlong contract like other gyms.

I love that there is a sauna and that they kept the racquetball courts. The staff is always friendly. The little blonde lady whose office is right by the doors is just really nice and always seems pumped to be at work. Shes interacting with the members and knows them by name.
