SNAP charged me four months of fees after my contract ended. My phone calls and emails were not returned. I am still waiting to be reimbursed after being told specifically by the manager that it would be taken care of. This is not an acceptable way to treat memberscustomers and I would never give them money again

Terrible customer service. I tried cancelling my account because I wasnt using it that much and theyre charging me for another full month before its cancelled due to their policy. Absolute robbery because I wont be using the membership. Classic example of a business caring more about money than their customers.

Oversold, very crowded at times, especially last summer when the vanlife campers up in the forest were using it for laundry and showers. Pricey too compared to other gyminabox options like Planet Fitness. Done, moving on.

Hours are objectively terrible for no reason other snaps are open . No clue why they would want us to all work out at the same time under a compressed schedule instead of spreading things out.

Minimal but this gym has what I need. The problem for me is its just not sanitary. To much trial and error over a year leaves zero doubt. If I go there, I get sick. If I dont go there i stay healthy. For one thing theres no towels. Cant exercise sick

Great gym. Best gym for visitors in Bend that I could find as well with a very reasonable day rate. Lots of equipment and free weights with belts etc. Not crowded. Friendly staff. Check it out.
