Clean well equipped gyms. Smaller is a good thing. Brookswood gym has small friendly atmosphere.

I didnt realize how much I missed working out. Now that I can walk to the gym and go anytime, I can tell it is making a difference. I feel stronger and less achy. I am having a great ski season, probably because my body is more balanced. Thanks
